摘要
企业在信息方面回报(ROI)的增加是提高企业竞争力的有效方式之一。企业要设法消除供应链各成员之间信息传递的障碍,以便减少“内耗”,使供应链各成员实现信息共享。供应链中信息的价值不是体现在信息的数量上,而是体现在对信息的强化能力上,体现在各成员从大量有用的信息中发现多少知识。
The incremental return on information (ROI) of an enerprise is an effective way to enhance its competitive advantage. The barriers of information flow among members in a supply chain should be eliminated to decrease the 'intemal consumption ' and reach the goal of sharing information among its members. The value of information in a supply chain lies in the enrichment of imformation and the acquisition of knowledge by members in a supply chain from the useful information, rather then the amount of information.
