摘要
为了解决煤矿深部软岩巷道底鼓难以控制的难题,提出了有效控制深部软岩巷道底鼓的注浆锚杆、锚索锚注联合支护方案。根据金龙煤矿南采区轨道上山锚注联合支护实际支护效果,提出了反悬复合拱式底板注浆结构,并分析了结构体的稳定性。结果表明:巷道锚注后,两帮平均移近量仅为35.5 mm;平均底鼓量仅为45.5 mm;顶板基本无下沉。锚注联合支护技术能提高深部软岩巷道岩体强度、改善围岩力学性能和结构、提高围岩的整体承载能力,从而有效地控制了深部软岩巷道底鼓。
In order to solve the difficult control problem of the floor heave occurred in the deep soft rock roadway, a grouting bolt and an- chor bolt grouting combined support plan was provided to effectively control the floor heave occurred in the deep soft rock roadway. Ac- cording to the actual support effect of the bolt and grouting combined support in the railway rise of the South Mining Block of Jinlong Mine, a reversed complex arch floor grouting structure was provided. The stability of the structure body was analyzed. The results showed that af- ter the bolt and grouting completed in the roadway, the average convergence between the two sidewalls was only 35.5 mm, the average floor heave was only 45.5 mm and there was no variation of the roof subsidence. The bolt and grouting combined support technology could effectively improve the rock strength of the deep soft rock roadway, improve the mechanics performances and structures of the surrounding rock, increase the integrated loading capacity of the surrounding rock and effectively control the floor heave of the deep soft rock roadway.
