摘要
在总结汽机基础常用规范的基础上,结合实测数据,从控制点振动线速度均方根值和振动线位移两方面研究了典型600MW机组轴承座振动与基础振动的关系,并对相应规范的严酷程度进行了分析,同时研究了轴承座和扰力点的振动能量构成,为进一步研究机组与基础的振动规律提供了参考。
The relationship between beating vibration and foundation vibration in 600 MW units was studied from the view of the linear velocity's root-mean-square (RMS) value and linear displacement of control point's vibration, based on the summary of the related standards and the experimental data, and the evaluation standards for the turbo generator units was also compared. Moreover, this paper investigated the composition of vibration energy at bearing chock and interference point, in order to provide reference for the further research of the relationship between units and foundations.
