摘要
慢性心力衰竭（CHF）是严重威胁患者生命安全和生活质量的病症。全球每年死于心力衰竭的患者约为30万人。虽然近年来，心力衰竭住院患者住院期间死亡率有所降低，但心力衰竭30天死亡率并无明显改善。心力衰竭患者死亡的两大原因为心律失常和泵衰竭。前者比例约为30％～50％，但是常难以确定这类因素与血流动力学恶化患者终末期心律失常之间的区别。因此，临床上用不同方法将死亡原因分类。
