活性炭负载磷钨酸哌啶盐催化合成苯偶酰 被引量:3

SYNTHESIS OF BENZIL CATALYZED BY PHOSPHOTUNGSTIC ACID PIPERIDINE SALT SUPPORTED ON ACTIVE CARBON

摘要 以活性炭为载体制备负载型磷钨酸哌啶盐催化剂,采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)进行表征。将其作为过氧化氢氧化苯偶姻合成苯偶酰催化剂,研究了氧化剂用量、反应温度、催化剂用量等条件对氧化反应的影响,并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和熔点测定对产物进行了表征。实验结果表明:该催化剂催化性能良好。较优实验条件为:催化剂负载量10%,催化剂加入量为3.3%(与总反应物质量比),反应温度110℃,过氧化氢与苯偶姻摩尔比3.5∶1,反应时间3.5h,苯偶酰收率可达95%以上。 Phosphotungstic acid piperidine salt ((C5 H10 NH2 )aPWm12 O40 ) supported on activated car- bon(AC) were prepared, characterized by XRD and used as the catalyst for synthesis of Benzil. The effects of reaction temperature, mole ratio of H2O2 to Benzoin and amount of catalyst on the yield were investigated. The products were characterized by IR and melting point determination. The ex- perimental results indicated that (CsH10 NH2)3PW12 O40/AC had good catalytic activity. The proper reaction condition was found as follows: reaction temperature 110 ℃, H202 to Benzoin mole ratio 3.5: 1, (C5H10NH2)3PW12Om40 loadings 10%, mass of catalyst 3.3%, reaction time 3.5 h. Yield of benzil was up to 95%.
