摘要
以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氯丙烯为原料,经烯烃加成法进行烯丙基化反应及磺化反应合成脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐。烯丙基化步骤中,以聚乙二醇作相转移催化剂,得到中间体烯丙基醚产率为94.4%;在磺化步骤中,以亚硫酸氢盐-亚硫酸盐作磺化剂,联合硝酸盐+产物作催化剂,得到磺酸盐产品产率为85.0%。其优化工艺为:烯丙基化步骤反应温度120℃,n(氯丙烯)∶n(聚氧乙烯醚)=2.0,反应时间6h;磺化步骤反应温度应选择在95~97℃(沸腾),n(磺化剂)∶n(烯丙基醚)=1.8,反应时间8h。
Aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate salt is a kind of nonionicanionic mixed sur- factant that has been widely studied. It has following advantages: higher surface activity,lower ab- sorption loss, stronger foaming expansion, better performances of high temperature and high minerali- zation. Aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate was synthesized by addition reaction of al- kenes with aliphatic alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and allyl chloride as raw materials through the two- step reaction: allylation and sulfonation. New phase transfer catalyst is used in the process of allyla- tion. Composite catalyst is used in the sulfonation. This method can improve the yield markedly. The synthesis parameters were studied through orthogonally arranged experiments in order to scale up the process. In the process of allylation, in which PEG-600 was used as phase transfer catalyst, the yield of diallyl oxide was 94.4%. In sulfonating reaction, in which hydrosulfite-sulfite was used as sulfon- ating agent and nitrate and product were used as catalyst, the yield of sulfonate salt was 85%. Theoptimal conditions were found as follows: reaction temperature 120 ℃, n(chloropropylene) : n (polyoxyethylene ether)=2 and reaction time 6 h in the allylation reaction; reaction temperature 95 -97 ℃, n(sulfonating agent) : n(allyl ether) 1.8 and reaction time 8 h in the sulfonation reaction.
