摘要
现代教育质量的核心是儿童个体的认知能力发展;大众传播、交往、新的学校布局以及教师构成等因素改变了儿童母语的习得以及认知发展环境;传统的少数民族双语教育模式不能满足少数民族儿童的核心认知能力发展,精确辨析少数民族学生入学时经验、认知结构以及自然习得多样态的"母语",关照儿童的语言和文化经验,发展教师普遍能掌握的,切实针对少数民族认知和语言特点教育学是非常必要的。
The kernel of modern educational quality is the development of the children's cognitive ability.However,factors such as the mass media,ways of social intercourse,new school layout and teacher composition all have influence on children's acquisition of their mother language and the environment of their cognitive development.The traditional bilingual education mode cannot achieve the development of children's cognitive ability.Therefore,it is necessary to clearly identify the children's linguistic and cultural experience and their cognitive structure when entering schools and develop a pedagogy that the teachers can easily mater and that is truly based on the cognitive and linguistic characteristics of the ethnic minorities.
