大吨位卧式双动正向钢挤压机设备及工艺优化 被引量:6

Equipment and process optimization of large-tonnage horizontal double acting steel forward extruder

摘要 热挤压工艺是生产不锈钢、高温合金及其它高合金钢管材和异型材的重要方法。大吨位卧式双动正向钢挤压机是指带独立立式穿(扩)孔系统的卧式正挤压机,最大挤压力在40MN以上,挤压速度较大,挤压品种主要为钢。本文介绍了大吨位卧式双动正向钢挤压机国内外应用现状,重点讨论了其设计及使用过程中普遍存在的问题,包括设备、工艺、工模具及润滑问题,并提出了优化措施。 Hot extrusion is an important way to produce pipes and profiles of stainless steel, high temperature alloy and other high-alloy steel. The large-tonnage horizontal double acting steel forward extruder means horizontal forward ex- truder with independent vertical piercing (expanding) system. The maximum extrusion force is over 40 MN, and the extrusion speed is fast, the main extrusion product is steel. The application status in China and abroad of the large-ton- nage horizontal double acting steel forward extruder was introduced. The widespread problems in design and usage were mainly discussed, including equipment, process, tooling and lubrication problems. And the optimization methods were proposed.
