摘要
针对二维零件在板材区域的最优排样问题,采用小生境与遗传模拟退火算法相结合的混合算法作为主要排序算法,确定了零件的最优排序和各自旋转角度,并与启发式算法结合实现了零件的二维优化排样。以此算法为基础,开发了一套应用于实际生产的智能排样系统,与简单模拟退火算法的计算结果进行对比,分析结果表明,该算法具有高效排样的优越性。
To solve the two-dimensional parts optimal nesting problem, the genetic simulated annealing algorithm and niche were integrated as a hybrid genetic algorithm to find out the best sequence of the parts and each part's optimum rotating angle, and finally combined with the heuristic algorithm to complete the automatic layout. An intelligent nest- ing system used in actual production was developed based on the hybrid algorithm. The examples show that the algo- rithm performs better.
