摘要
民生科技开始成为科技政策的一大亮点,成为一种新的国际趋势,这为我国科技政策战略部署提出了新的要求和思路。目前,国内对民生科技的研究主要集中在民生科技的内涵、民生科技的特征、发展民生科技遇到的主要困难和问题、国外发展民生科技的成功经验对我国的启示、构建民生科技的对策等方面。
people＇s livelihood science and technology started to be one of highlights, a new international trend, which pro- posed new requirements and ideas for the strategic plan of China＇s science and technology policy. At present, domestic of people＇ s livelihood science and technology research is focusing on the connotation of people＂ s livelihood science and tech- nology.characteristic of people＇s livelihood science and technology, development of difficulties and problems encountered by it, abroad successful experience and its enlightenment to China, strategies of fostering people＇s livelihood science and technology.
