摘要
目的观察硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗妊娠期阴道炎的临床疗效。方法对105例妊娠期合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎、细菌性阴道炎及非特异性外阴阴道炎患者采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,并与80例保妇康栓治疗患者进行比较疗效。结果硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊可改善临床症状,总有效率为92.38%,优于保妇康栓。结论硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊可作为治疗妊娠期阴道炎的局部用药。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Nifutatel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules in treating pregnant vaginitis including vulvovaginal candiliasis（VVC） ,trichomonal vaginitis（TV） ,bacteriral vaginosis（BV） and non-specific vaginal infection（NSV）. Methods 105 patients with VVC ,TV,BV and NSV were treated with Nifutatel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsule. The control group （80 cases） were treated with Baofukang Suppository. The curative effects were compared between two groups. Results Nifutatel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsule could alleviate the clinical symptoms and its total effect rate was 92.1% ,which was better than that of Baofukang Suppository. Conclusion Nifutatel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsule can be used as the local medication in the treatment of vaginitis during pregnancy.
