摘要
"专精特新"型中小企业具有行业或产品战略专一化、研发精深化、产品或服务特色化、业态或经营模式新型化等基本特征。建设"专精特新"型中小企业是企业完善运营机制和政府完善引导扶持政策共同作用的结果。一方面,中小企业需要把握住定位精准和建立品牌优势两大基点;另一方面,政府着力改善中小企业创新发展的产业引导、关键要素需求等外部资源条件,使一批中小企业"专精特新"的发展特征持续形成和放大。
"SRCI" SMEs comprise basic charateristics such as specified industrial or product oriented strategies,in-depth product research and development,characterized product or service and innovative industrial and business models.Construct "SRCI" SEMs are generated by the combination of enterprise operating system implementation and the government supportive policies and guidance.On the one hand,SMEs have to seize right positioning and build up brand equity as two basis points;on the other hand,government efforts to improve industrial guidance on SMEs innovative development,satisfy essential elements requirements and other external resources conditions to accelerate the "SRCI" SMEs characteristics forming and extension.
