血清降钙素原和C-反应蛋白在恶性肿瘤患者中的诊断价值 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨血清降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)和C-反应蛋白(c-reactive protein,CRP)检测在恶性肿瘤患者发热中对于感染的诊断价值。方法:采用荧光免疫分析法和免疫比浊法分别测定恶性肿瘤患者中感染组和对照组的PCT、CRP浓度,并比较两组之间的差异。结果:与对照组相比,感染组患者的PCT和CRP水平明显升高(P<0.01),两组中差异有统计学意义。结论:PCT与CRP均可作为早期识别恶性肿瘤感染及其严重性的重要指标,PCT水平检测对早期诊断与估计预后有重要意义。
