摘要
通过对建筑结构系统分析 ,说明了设计建筑结构的基本原则和计算建筑结构造价的基本方法 ,建立了建筑结构系统经济优化的通用模型。结合常见的钢筋混凝土结构 ,具体分析了优化模型在钢筋混凝土结构设计阶段的应用。通过编译计算机程序 ,可以较方便地求解最佳结构设计方案。文中以某四层双跨框架结构为例 ,对比分析了该框架结构的初始方案与优化方案 ,发现经优化后的方案造价比初始方案造价节省 2 9% 。
The cost of a building is affected by design significantly. An optimized design will reduce the investment in engineering. The system of building structure is analyzed in this paper, the principle of building structure design and the approach of calculating the cost of building structures are illustrated, and the general model of economic optimization of building structure system is set up. The optimal structure design can be easily completed by computer program. Taking a four storey and two span frame as an example, the cost comparison between the initial design and the optimized one is made. The result shows that the cost of the optimized design is 2 9 percent lower than that of the initial one. The economical optimization model of building structure design is a feasible approach. It is very important to investment control in design phase. [
