股骨近端髓内钉与动力髋螺钉治疗股骨粗隆部骨折的临床疗效对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较股骨近端髓内钉与动力髋螺钉对股骨粗隆部骨折的疗效。方法我院从2008年3月至2010年5月到所收治的股骨粗隆部骨折患者80例作为本次临床研究对象,将患者随机分为DHS组和PENA组两组,DHS组患者采取动力髋螺钉固定术治疗,PFNA组患者采取动力髋螺钉术进行治疗,在手术前和手术后对两组患者进行Harris评分、骨折愈合时间和患者满意度调查。结果两组患者术前的Harris评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而术后12个月PENA组患者的Harris评分显著优于DHS组;手术时间也短于DHS组;患者满意度也显著高于DHS组;其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在现今的医学技术下,股骨近端髓螺钉(PFNA)比动力髋螺钉(DHS)在对股骨粗隆部骨折的患者疗效、康复和满意度方面更适合。因此我们推荐在临床上推广使用。
