摘要
文章介绍了机载氧气浓缩器性能测试系统及其校准装置设计原理,分析了测试系统及校准装置的结构及技术方案,重点研究综合数据采集及多参数控制系统的实现途径。性能测试系统可模拟飞机实际飞行状态中的各种试验参数,实现氧气浓缩器的综合性能测试。校准装置可实现性能测试系统的实验参数在线校准,保证性能测试参数准确可靠。
The design principle, structure and technique scheme of integrated performance measure- ment system and calibration equipment for molecular sieve oxygen generator are introduced, then the realization method of integrated data acquisition and multi-parametric control system is studied. The performance measurement system can simulate testing parameters which aircrafts may meet in actual flight, so as to realize the integrated performance measurement of oxygen generator. The calibration equipment can carry out on-line calibration of testing parameters of performance measurement system, so as to ensure the accuracy of testing parameters of performance measurement system.
