摘要
为了适应不同需求系列产品的快速更新设计,根据系列产品开发的特点,阐述了IPD(Integrated Product Development)模式下的产品设计原理,在资源规划基础上构建基于IPD的产品设计过程,详细讨论了基于IPD的参数化设计方法,分析了IPD模式下的柔性模块化结构,建立了基于IPD的知识集成体系结构,以实现产品的智能开发和快速设计,最后以门式起重机为例验证了方法的有效性.
In order to meet the need of the rapid design for product updates, according to the characteristics of series products development, product design principles under integrated product development (IPD) model was described. By considering the product resource plan, product design process based on IPD was constructed. In order to achieve products rapid development and smart design, parametric design methods based IPD was discussed in detail. Flexible modular structure under the IPD model was analyzed, and knowledge integration architecture based on IPD was established. The effectiveness was verified by a model of gantry crane taken as an example.
