摘要
提升馆员的科研素质,是把高校图书馆建设成为研究型图书馆的关键,更是提升其服务能力和服务质量的重要保障。文章在对当今高校图书馆员开展科研活动中存在的问题进行归纳和分析的基础上,从六个方面论述了打破高校图书馆员科研困境的途径。
Promoting the research quality of university librarians is the most important factor to build a university li-brary as a researching library. And it also is the guarantee of enhancing the library＇ s service capacity and quality. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the problems in university librarian＇ s research, the paper discussed six ways to breakthrough the research difficulties of university librarians.
