硒、锌对氟致大鼠大脑神经细胞DNA损伤的影响 被引量:15

摘要 为研究氟对大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞的 DNA损伤作用及硒、锌单独及联合作用对其的影响 ,对大鼠体外染毒后采用单细胞凝胶电泳技术检测 DNA单链断裂。结果显示单独加氟、硒组 DNA损伤程度显著大于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,且氟的影响更为严重 ,氟硒组和氟锌组 DNA损伤程度小于氟组 ,但差异无显著性意义 ,氟硒锌组 DNA损伤程度显著低于氟组 (P<0 .0 5 )。提示氟、硒单独作用均造成大脑皮层神经细胞 DNA损伤 ,硒锌联合可明显拮抗氟对 DNA的损伤作用。 To investigate the effects of fluoride on DNA damage as well as the effects of selenium and zinc against fluoride respectively or jointly in pallium neural cells of rats ,single cell gel electrophoresis was used to detectthe DNA dam age of neural cells prepared in vitro.The results showed that the degree of DNA dam age in the fluoride group and the selenium group were significantly greater than that in control group(P <0 .0 1) .The damage in the fluoride group was even more serious.The damage in the fluoride+ selenium group and fluoride + zinc group was slighter than that in the fluoride group but with no significant difference.The extent of DNA dam age in the fluoride+ selenium+ zinc group was significantly slighter than that in the fluoride group(P<0 .0 5 ) .It suggested that fluoride and selenium could induce DNA damage in pallium neural cells of rats respectively.Moreover,the joint antagonistic effect of selenium and zinc against fluoride was more obvious.
