摘要
主要以圆形接插件的插孔收口工具为研究对象,为了使接插件工作可靠,插孔的端口要收口,为此设计了插孔的收口工具,利用Pro/E中的Pro/Mechanica Motion运动模块对接插孔收口工具进行疲劳分析。通过分析了解该工具在工作过程中哪个地方的应力大,哪个地方容易发生疲劳破坏,分析原因并提出改进措施。
The circular socket connector bind tool for the study is mainly research object.In order to ensure the connector to work reliably,the socket must be binded. The bind tool are designed for the socket.The fatigue analysis on bind tool by Pro/Mechanica Motion moudle. Understanding of the tool by analyzing the course of that work place most stress,that place prone to fatigue damage,analyze the cause and to propose measures for improvement.
