五种十字花科植物中芥子碱的有效提取和高效液相色谱定量分析 被引量:11

摘要 本文采用超声,乙醇回流、石油醚脱脂后醇提等提取方法,并通过正交试验,对五种十字花科植物种子白芥子、黄芥子、葶苈子、莱菔子和油菜籽中的芥子碱进行了有效提取,同时采用高效液相色谱法对各种方法得到的提取液进行了定量分析。结果表明:超声提取时间短、提取率高,五种种子中芥子碱的含量分别为5.80mg.g-1、5.13mg.g-1、2.62mg.g-1、2.98mg.g-1和3.31mg.g-1。 Sinapines often exist in cruciferous seeds sueh as Semen sinapis albae, Semen brassicae junceae,Semen raphani, Semen lepidii and rapeseed. In this study, simapine was extracted by usiug different extraction methods induding ultrasonic extraction, ethanol extraction, ethanol extraction defatted by petroleum ether. The experimental condition was optimized. The quantitative analysis of the contents of sinapine extracted by different methods was conducted by HPLC. The results showed that ultrasonic extraction could greatly improve the extraction efficiency of sinapine. The contents of sinapine in Semen sinapis albae , Semen brassicae junceae , Semen raphani , Semen lepidii and rapeseed were 5.80 mg/g,5.13 mg/g,2.62 rag/g,2.98 mg/g and 3.31 mg/g,respectively.
