血清胱抑素C和尿微量白蛋白联合检测诊断糖尿病早期肾损伤的临床价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)和尿微量白蛋白(MA)联合检测对糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断价值。方法采用免疫比浊方法分别检测91例2型糖尿病患者和40例健康体检者(为对照组)的血清CysC和尿MA水平。结果糖尿病组患者血清CysC和尿MA水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别14.46、24.96,P<0.01),而糖尿病患者血清CysC水平与尿MA水平呈正相关(r=0.459,P<0.01),糖尿病患者联合检测的阳性率明显高于单项检测,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.19,P<0.05)。结论血清CysC和尿MA是糖尿病患者早期肾损伤的敏感指标,联合检测对及时准确地诊断糖尿病早期肾损伤有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of SCys C and UMA in the diabetic patients with early renal injury. Methods The levels of UMA and SCys C were detected with the enzymic method in 91 diabetic type 2 patients and 40 healthy persons (as control). Results The levels of LIMA and SCys C in the diabetic patients were significantly higher than those of the normal control ( t values were 14.46 and 24.96 respectively, both P 〈 0.01 ) ; The level of SCys C had a positive correlation with the level of UMA ( r = 0. 459, P 〈 0.01). The positive rate of combined detection of SCys C and UMA was significantly higher than that of single detection of SCys C or UMA (X2 = 8.19, P 〈 0.05). Conclusions UMA and SCys C are sensitive indexes of early renal injury in diabetic patients. The combined detection of UMA and SCys C is useful and accurate in the diagnosis of early renal injury caused by diabetes.
