摘要
通过对DTM129型紧密纺细纱机的主电动机、叶轮直径、负压管型号及网格圈型号等进行研究以分析其对紧密纺能耗的影响,研究了紧密纺细纱机的节能技术。研究表明,对紧密纺装置各机件进行合理的选择,可以在很大程度上降低紧密纺纱机的能耗。
The energy-saving technology of compact spinning is researched by means of studying the energy-consumption affected by its aain motor, leaf wheel diameter, mode of vacuum tube and grid laps of the spinning frame. The reasonable choice of various compact pinning devices can largely reduce the energy consumption of the compact spinning frame.
