What Can We Learn from Institutional Repository about Electronic Legal Deposit?

摘要 首先介绍国外网络出版物呈缴立法的现状,然后分析机构知识库对网络出版物呈缴的启示,最后结合机构知识库的几种呈缴方式探讨网络出版物的呈缴模式。 Firstly, this paper interprets the foreign legislations about the e-legal deposit,especially online publications deposit. Then the author compares and analyzes some important issues between institutional repository and legal deposit. Finally, the paper proposes the models of e-legal deposit.
