摘要
为适应教育信息化的要求,国内高校越来越重视教师的教育技术能力,但很多高校教育技术培训都处于"各自为政"的状态。通过对部分高校教师教育技术培训论文的整理研究,结合实践分析了教师教育技术能力的现状及教育技术培训的现状,针对培训内容、培训过程、培训方式、评价方法等方面提出了一些见解,并探讨了促进培训的激励机制。
In order to meet the need of education informatization, domestic colleges are paying more and more attention to their teachers' educational technology, but there is no standardization. Based on the re- view of the studies on training college teachers' educational technology, combined with the personal prac- tice, the paper analyzes the present situation, and puts forward some new ideas on the training content, process, evaluation and motivation system.
