摘要
高等职业教育应以提升学生的能力和素质为目标。通过分析高职管理学课程教学中存在的缺乏针对性措施、教学方法固定化、考核方式过于传统等问题,提出基于能力本位理念,新增职业道德与社会责任等教学内容,建立团队学习制度等教学方法的改革措施,同时提出应重视针对管理能力和职业素质的考核方式。
Higher vocational education should enhance the student＇s ability and quality education. Based on the analysis of the teaching disadvantages as the lack of corresponding measures, the fixed teaching meth- od, and the outdated assessment in the traditional teaching, the paper proposes the competence-oriented i- dea, which introduces professional ethics, social responsibility, etc. into the teaching contents, takes measures in group learning mechanism, and puts emphasis on the evaluation of management ability and vo- cational quality.
