摘要
认为现代煤矿开采模式的确立和发展,不仅仅是一场物质层面的变革,还必然会引起煤矿采掘工程师素质的随之调整。在满足社会能源需求的同时,新开采模式给煤矿采掘工程师留下了诸如组织管理复杂、开采影响深远、困难煤层开采以及机械系统庞杂等很多新的研究课题和素养拓展的现实需求。因此,面对新的形势,煤矿采掘工程师已经不能把单单坚守自己的专业技能作为全部,而需要深刻认识当前形势,从系统、安全、生态以及创新等多视角来不断丰富和完善自己的素质结构。
The paper thinks the establishment and development of modern coal mining pattern, is not only a reform in material aspect, but it will inevitably cause the quality adjustment of coal mining engineers accordingly. While it meets the social demand for energy, the new mining pattern also leaves some new research subjects such as complex organization ＆ management, far- reaching mining influence, difficult seam mining and complex mechanical system and realistic de- mand for quality development to coal mining engineers. Therefore, in the face of the new situa- tion, coal mining engineers can not only adhere to their professional skills, but will have a pro- found understanding on the current situation and constantly enrich and improve their own quality structure in the aspects of system, safety, ecology and innovation.
