摘要
本文通过分析现行大中小学英语教学大纲下的英语教学,重点从课程体系、教学方法与手段等方面探讨国际化创新型外语人才的培养。文章指出国际化创新型外语人才培养具有整体性、系统性和阶段性,从中小学阶段预备英才培养到大学阶段高端拔尖人才培养在"一条龙"的课程设置方面需要有新的指导思想,在教学方法与手段方面也需要更新和创新。
Through analyzing the current English teaching and learning in elementary and secondary schools and uni- versities under the guidance of the respective syllabi, this paper seeks to probe into the internationalized and innova- tive workforee instruction with the main focus on the curriculum and teaching methodology. The paper contends that the internationalized and innovative workforee instruction should be carried on successively from elementary education to tertiary education, and there should be innovation in the curriculum, guiding principles and teaching methodology.
