摘要
随着PROFIBUS总线在工业领域的发展,越来越多的现场仪表,设备都提出了PROFIBUS总线通信的要求;基于这种通信要求,采用dsPIC高性能数字信号控制器和专用通信芯片VPC3+C相结合的方案,设计了一种J1939-profibus-DP总线桥,并详细介绍了总线桥的总体结构,硬件接口电路和软件流程图;该总线桥已成功应用于中石化第四石油机械厂压裂车控制系统,为实现J1939协议和profibus-DP协议的相互转换提供了一种切实、有效的解决方案。
With the development of PROFIBUS in industry, increasing local instruments and equipments require PROFIBUS communica- tion interface. The J1939--PROFIBUS--DP bus bridge was designed by combining dsPIC digital signal controller and intelligent communiea tion chip VPC3+C. This paper introduced overall structure, hardware interface circuit and flow chart of software for bus bridge. The bus bridge has been successfully applied in automatic control system for a machinery factory of SINOPEC, which provided a effective solutions for protocol convertor between J1939 and PROFIBUS--DP.
