天津地区健康成年人呼出气中一氧化氮正常参考值的探讨

摘要 目的探讨天津地区健康成年人呼出气中一氧化氮(fractional exhaled nitric oxide FENO)含量的正常参考值范围。方法选择2011年2-8月在天津市第一中心医院体检科参加体检的210例健康成年人,均为无吸烟史及过敏史。根据目前的美国胸科协会(American Thoracic Society,ATS)规范,用单口气方式测FENO含量。结果 210例健康成年人,平均年龄(43.5±14.5)岁,平均身高(166.6±8.3)cm,平均体重(66.9±12.9)kg,体质指数(BMI)平均值为(23.9±3.5)kg/m2,第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%预计值)平均值为91.8%±13.2%,第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)平均值为82.8%±9.7%。FENO含量的几何平均数15.9×10-9mol/L,中位数17×10-9mol/L,正常参考值范围(FENO四分位间距)为(12~21)×10-9mol/L。对数转换后的FENO含量与年龄呈正相关(r=0.344,P<0.01)。结论天津地区健康成年人FENO含量的正常参考值范围(四分位间距)(12~21)×10-9mol/L(中位数为17×10-9mol/L)。 Objective To determine the reference values of the fraction of exhaled nitric oxide(FENO) among non-smoking and non-atopic healthy adults. Methods This study was conducted at the Tianjin First Center Hospital, from February to August 2011 in 210 of non-smoking and non-atopic healthy adults of Tianjin. According to recent guidelines of the American Thoracic Society (ATS), the FENO was measured by online using the single-breath technique. Results The mean age of all subjects was (43.5±14.5) yrs, height (166.6±8.3) cm, weight (66.9±12.9) kg, BMI (23.9±3.5) kg/m2, FEV1(%Pre) 91.8%±13.2%, and FEV1/FVC 82.8%±9.7%. The geometric mean of FENO was 15.9×10^-9 mol/L, and the median was 17×10^-9 mol/L, with quartile range for normal subjects of 12×10^-9 mol/L to 21×10^-9 mol/L. The log-transformed FENO positively correlated with age(r=0.344, P=0.01). Conclusion The reference values of FENO for non-smoking and non-atopic healthy adults fall between 12×10^-9mol/L and 21×10^-9 mol/L (median 17×10^-9 mol/L).
