老年糖尿病患者低血糖的护理

摘要 糖尿病（diabetesmellitus，DM）是老年内分泌疾病中较常见的一种疾病，90％以上为2型DM，随着经济的发展和生活条件的改善，糖尿病的发病率呈迅速上升趋势。其心脑并发症多，多脏器损害常见，低血糖易感性增高，低血糖反应如果得不到及时治疗会导致休克，诱发心绞痛、心肌梗死或脑梗死，继而危及生命，因而对于老年糖尿病患者在治疗中重点是避免低血糖，而非强化治疗控制血糖。为有效的预防和减少低血糖发生的风险，本院对2006年12月至2010年12月期间住院的76例老年糖尿病患者发生低血糖情况临床资料进行回顾分析，并提出相应的护理干预措施。
