关节镜治疗轻、中度髌股关节炎疗效探讨 被引量:10

The Results of Arthroscopic Treatment for the Light Medium Patellofemoral Arthritis

摘要 目的探讨关节镜治疗轻、中度髌股关节炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2010年12月我院收治的116例轻、中度髌股关节炎患者共116例,其中男36例,女80例;年龄16~89岁,平均50.2岁。根据Outbridger分类,17例为Ⅰ度髌股关节软骨损伤,89例为度,10例为度,经过关节镜手术治疗,应用Lysholm术后膝关节功能标准进行评估,并进行统计学比较。结果术后随访6~40个月,平均17.6个月,患者膝关节功能明显得到改善,膝前疼痛减弱或消失,术后Lysholm平均得分82.08分,临床效果满意,术前、术后结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜手术治疗轻、中度髌股关节炎,具有简单、微创、术后效果好的特点,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effective and micro-invasive treatment for the light medium patellofemoral arthritis.Methods From January 2006 to November 2010,116 cases(OutbridgerⅠ17cases、Ⅱ 89 cases、Ⅲ 10cases) of light medium patellarofemoral arthritis were treated with arthroscopy operations and their knee function was followed up.Lysholm score was used to asses the function of knee respectively.Results All the cases were followed up for 6 months to 40 months,with an average of 17.6 months.The mean Lysholm Score was 82.08 points.There were statistical differences(P〈0.05)between the score before operation and after operation.Conclusion The application of arthroscopy in the treatment for light medium patellofemoral arthritis is characterized by micro—invasive and of high efficiency.So it is worthwhile to populize it.
