摘要
细胞外基质的异常堆积可以引起肾实质的病理改变,进而引起多种肾脏疾病。基质金属蛋白酶9作为基质金属蛋白酶家族中重要的成员是细胞外基质降解中最关键的酶,在肾脏疾病的发展起重要的作用。现就基质金属蛋白酶9及其对肾脏疾病的影响、基质金属蛋白酶9异常表达对各种肾脏发生、发展的影响予以综述。
Abnormal accumulation of extracellular matrix can cause pathological changes in renal parenchyma, thereby causing a variety of kidney diseases. Matrix metalloproteinase-9 ( MMP-9 ), as an important member in matrix metalloproteinase,is the most critical enzyme for extracellular matrix degradation, and plays an important role in the development of kidney disease. Here is to make a review on MMP-9 and its abnormal expression effect on the development and progress of kidney disease.
