摘要
现有的低压配电系统线损计算方法不够准确。为解决这一问题,提出了基于等值电阻的一种新的低压配电系统线损计算方法,充分利用地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)中的低压配电网络模型和计量自动化系统的采集数据。在此基础上,开发了相应的数据接口软件,从GIS系统和计量自动化系统中获取为计算等值电阻所需的相关数据,并以低压台区为关键字段建立便于计算的低压配电网络数据表。这样,在计算线损时就可直接调用数据表中的数据,从而避免繁琐的人工录入过程,提高自动化水平。
The existing methods for calculating energy losses in low-voltage distribution systems (ELLVDS) are not accurate. To solve this problem, a new equivalent resistance based approach is presented for calculating ELLVDS, with the utilization of the low-vohage distribution system model integrated in the geographic information system (GIS) and the acquisition data in the automatic metering system (AMS). Then, a data interface software is developed to automati- cally capture the required data from GIS and AMS for calculating the equivalent resistance, and to establish the data forms of low-voltage distribution networks with a key field labelled as "the low-voltage transformer areas" , facilitating the calculation of energy losses. In this way, the data in the data forms can be directly called when calculating ELLVDS, and the cumbersome manual inputting can be avoided and the automation level is enhanced.
