显色培养基在蜡样芽孢杆菌与志贺氏菌快速检测中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 蜡样芽孢杆菌是一种革兰氏阳性菌.在自然界中分布极广其中一些菌株极易污染食品、空气和水等.从而引起食物中毒。志贺氏菌又称痢疾杆菌,引起一种以腹泻为主要症状的常见肠道传染病——细菌性痢疾。该菌最常见的感染途径是人摄入污染的食物或水而传播。
