血浆Hcy水平与绝经后骨质疏松的相关性研究 被引量:3

STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PLASMA HOMOCYSTEINE LEVEL AND POSTMENOPAUSALOSTEOPOROSIS

摘要 目的:探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平对绝经后骨质疏松的影响。方法:调查200名绝经后妇女,采用双能X线吸收法(DXA)测量骨密度,采用Hcy荧光定量检测试剂盒检测血浆Hcy水平。结果:骨质疏松组血浆Hcy水平明显高于非骨质疏松组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨质疏松组血浆Hcy水平与骨密度呈显著负相关(r=-0.16,P<0.05),相对危险度OR为9.214(95%CI=3.28-29.92)。结论:血浆Hcy水平升高是绝经后骨质疏松的独立危险因素。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between postmenopausalosteopomsis and plasma homocysteine (Hcy) level.Methods:200 postmenopausal women were inquired in this study. The bone mineral density (BMD) of the 200 women were detected by DXA, plasma Hcy level were detected by high-performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection (HPLC-FD).Results:The plasma level of women in osteoporosis group was obviously higher than that of non- osteoporosis group (P〈 0.05). In osteoporosis group, the plasma level had obvious negative correlation with osteoporosis (r=-0.16, P〈 0.05), the relative risk OR was 9.214 (95%CI=3.28-29.92).Conclusions:Hyperhomocysteinemia is the independent risk factor for postmenopausalosteoporosis.
