摘要 在分析ZnO晶体的生长习性及合成方法的基础上,分述了近年来对不同形貌纳米ZnO的合成研究进展。介绍了ZnO基脱硫剂的脱硫机理,为ZnO在油品脱硫中的应用提供理论基础。采用不同的制备方法可以得到不同物化性质(包括形貌、孔结构等)的ZnO;而在脱硫过程中,ZnO作为主要的脱硫剂成分,它的物化性质及硫容对提高脱硫效果具有重要意义。在此基础上,分析了目前ZnO用于反应吸附脱硫技术中S-Zorb工艺脱硫剂的发展现状,提出了研制具有特殊性能的纳米ZnO是提高脱硫剂性能的重要研究方向。 Based on the analysis of the growth habit and synthetic methods for ZnO crystals,the research on the synthesis of ZnO with different morphologies in recent years is described.And the desulfurization mechanism on ZnO-based sorbents is introduced,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of ZnO in oil desulfurization.ZnO with different physicochemical properties including morphology,pore structure and so on can be obtained by different preparation methods.In the desulfurization processes,the effects of the physicochemical properties and sulfur capacity of ZnO as a main ingredient in the sorbents on improving the desulfurization are significant.ZnO is used in S-Zorb reactive desulfurization technological process and its development is analyzed.It is proposed that the research on ZnO with special features is an important direction to improve the performance of ZnO-based sorbents.
