摘要
目的:对临床药学信息中心对药物咨询的回复及所提供的药学服务质量进行评价。方法:收集从2009年7月—2010年6月获取的药物信息咨询,以临床药学信息中心预先设定的格式形成文档,通过接受和提供药学服务双方的看法来评价药物信息服务的质量。接受方的看法通过反馈调查表来获得,而提供方则是通过使用DSE/WHO学术研讨会指导方针来评价。结果:在研究期间共收到666例药物信息询问,评价结果显示,大部分的受益者是临床医生和药学部门实习生。对于反馈调查表的分析显示,大部分的询问者对于药物信息中心服务的质量感到满意并且从中受益。从信息提供者的角度评价,结果显示药学服务质量也是在可接受范围内的。结论:来自药学信息中心的药学服务迎合了医生的需要,最终使患者更加受益。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical drug information center’s answers to drug information queries and assess the quality of the pharmaceutical care provided by the center.METHODS： The drug information queries collected from July 2009 to June 2010 were documented in drug information request and documentation forms prepared by drug information center.The quality of drug information services provided was assessed from the perspectives of both service receivers using feedback questionnaires and service providers using the guidelines from the DSE/WHO seminar.RESULTS： A total of 666 drug information queries were received during the study period.Upon evaluation,it was found that most of the beneficiaries of the services were clinicians and the trainees in pharmacy department.The analysis of the feedback questionnaire showed that most of the inquirers were satisfied with and benefited from the quality of services provided by the drug information center.From the perspective of information providers,they regarded that the quality of pharmaceutical care were within the acceptable limit.CONCLUSION： The drug information services provided by the drug information center cater to the needs of clinicians and it is eventually more beneficial to patients.
