摘要
技术状态管理是军工产品质量管理的重要组成部分,是随型号研制的发展形成的一种工程管理方法。通过对产品技术状态项的合理选择,对其三条基线的明确并实施标识、记实、控制、审核等控制活动,可以使型号产品质量得到保证。
Technical status item is an important component of quality control for the military products.It is a kind of engineering management method which forms with the growth of model development.By means of properly selecting the technical status item,defining its three baselines and carrying out control activities,e.g.identification,record,control,review and etc.,the quality of the product model can be guaranteed.
