摘要
我国滇东南锡矿带新探明的锡多金属矿矿石成分复杂,各矿物间互相紧密镶嵌,嵌布粒度较细,矿石中主元素铜、铅、锌大多以硫化物形式存在,同时伴有部分氧化矿,要分选出单一金属的合格精矿同时回收率相对较高极为困难。通过选矿试验研究,确定了最佳试验流程及试验条件。试验研究着重对优先浮选流程、部分混合浮选流程进行了试验流程的选择与确定,并采用有效的药剂制度,控制了各精矿中的杂质含量。通过对比,最终确定采用优先浮选—重选联合流程,充分回收铜、铅、锌、锡、硫五种主金属矿物,所获各种产品的技术指标优异,伴生银得到有效富集,矿石中其他伴生组分也得到了综合回收。
The new found tin polymetallic ore in Southeast tin ore belt of Yunnan has characteristics of complex ore, close dissemination with fine grain, the main elements of which such as copper, lead and zinc mainly exist in the form of sulfide accompanied with partial oxide ore, so it's very difficult to separate the mono-metal ore and get high recovery. Through the research on the beneficiation test, the optimal test flowsheet and conditions were determined, putting emphasis on the flowsheet of optimal flotation and partial mixed flotation. Meanwhile, the efficient reagent system was adopted to control the impurity content in all kinds of concentrate. By contrast, the combined flowsheet of optimal flotation-gravity separation was determined. As a result, the fine kinds of metallic minerals of copper, lead, zinc, tin and sulfur were recovered fully. The technology index of various products is excellent, the associated silver was enriched effectively and the other associated components also were recovered comprehensively.
