摘要
学分制作为一种被普遍认同的较为先进的教学管理制度,它有利于高校教学资源的优化配置,提高办学能力,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。但由于学分制对教学条件要求较高,作为学分制核心内容的选课制在具体实施时存在许多问题,因此,高校要因地制宜、因校制宜,建立正确的引导机制,杜绝学生选课的盲目性;注重学分制内涵建设,建立合理的套餐式选修课程体系,避免学生选课的随意性;转变教材管理工作观念,开展与学分制相适应的教材工作改革;加大实验室建设力度,增设校外实习基地,全面提升实践教学质量;加大教师培训和再教育力度,定期引进高素质人才充实选修课授课师资队伍。
Credit system, as a widely accepted advanced teaching management technique, is helpful to optimizing teaching resources, improving the competence of tertiary educational operation and cultivating students' innovation spirit and practical ability. However, due to its higher demands on teaching facilities, some problems exist in the implementation of the elective course system, undermining its core function and value in the credit system and in the final analysis the teaching quality. Universities should adopt suitable treatment according to their own situations and conditions to improve the current system: to set up a consultation system to avoid the blind option of the courses on the part of students, to enrich the credit system with reformed connotation, beliefs and conceptions, to formulate a menu-based elective course system to avoid the arbitrary option by the students, to revolutionize the textbook management conception and reform the textbook management in accordance with credit system, to improve lab construction and off-campus practice bases for better practice education, and finally, to enhance the teacher-training and enlist higher quality talents to strengthen the teaching team of elective courses.
