摘要
针对冷轧带钢边部减薄严重、成材率低等问题,开发了双锥度工作辊边降控制新技术。介绍了双锥度工作辊辊型及其边降控制原理,根据工业试验提出辊型优化配置方案。结果表明,新辊型配置方案投入现场连续应用后,明显改善了带钢边降控制效果。
To the problem of serious edge drop and lower yield of cold rolled non-oriented electrical strip, the edge drop control technology of double taper work roll was developed. The do.uble taper work roll contour and the edge drop control theory were introduced. The roll contour optimization program was referred after indus- trial test. The results show that the strip shape is improved by new roll configurations.
