摘要 肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(tumor necrosis factorrelated apoptosis inducing ligand,TRAIL)又称凋亡素2配体(Apo-2L),属于肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)家族一种II型跨膜蛋白。其最显著的生物学特点是具有选择性的细胞毒性作用,
