施钾对宁夏引黄灌区甘蓝产量及品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过田间小区试验研究不同供钾水平对宁夏灵武农场甘蓝产量、品质和经济效益的影响,为指导当地农户的合理施肥提供依据。结果表明,增施钾肥有显著的增产作用,与对照比较各处理增产率为13.1%~20.8%;钾肥利用率随着施钾量的增加而降低,各处理为21.3%~39.1%,以施钾量75kg/hm2处理钾肥利用率最高。施钾量为75~300kg/hm2,增施钾肥均较对照可以提高甘蓝的维生素C和可溶性糖质量分数;并降低甘蓝体内硝酸盐的质量分数,各处理分别比对照降低7.32%、9.77%、8.08%和10.72%。扣除肥料投入成本,K150处理增收额最高,为1.89千元/hm2。从甘蓝的产量和品质因素综合考虑,当地甘蓝合理的施钾量应为150kg/hm2。 A field experiment was carried out in Lingwu Farmland to study the effect of potassium fertilization on cabbage yield and quality.The results showed that application K fertilizer can significantly increased cabbage yield ranged from 13.1% to 20.8%,the K fertilizer use efficiency of all treatments was ranged from 21.3% to 39.1%,which decreased slightly with increasing of K application rates,K75 treatment fertilizer use efficiency(39.1%) was the highest compared to other treatments.With the K fertilize application amount no more than 225 kg/hm2,all treatments can increase Vc and soluble sugar mass fraction in cabbage compared to CK(K0) treatment.The content of NO3-in cabbage was decreased by 7.32%,9.77%,8.08% and 10.72% of applied K in the treatment of K75,K150,K225 and K300.After discounting the effect of fertilizer input costs,the net profit of K150 treatment was the highest(1.89 thousand Yuan per hm2).Considering cabbage yield,high efficient K use efficiency and good quality the amount of fertilizer K should be controlled within 150 kg/hm2.
