摘要 运用因子分析法,选取了13个影响城镇职工基本养老保险可持续发展的指标,并建立综合评价模型,对我国各地区城镇职工基本养老保险的可持续发展程度进行定量分析与综合评价,最后总结出经济发展情况、人口年龄结构、养老保险基金来源渠道与养老保险内部负担等四个指标体系对我国城镇职工基本养老保险的可持续发展产生重要的影响,并据此提出相关的政策建议。 Along with the deepening of population aging, reforming and perfecting the basic old age insurance system for urban employees has become the current problem to be solved. Achieving the sustainable development of the basic old age insurance system for urban employees is the important measures to solve social old age issues and to perfect the social security system. In this article, we select 13 indicators which can influence the sustainable development of the basic old age insurance system for urban employees, establish integrated evaluation model by using factor analysis method, evaluate the sustainable development degree of the basic old age insurance system for urban employees in each area in China synthetically in quantitative analysis method. At last, we summarize that the sustainable development of the basic old age insurance system for urban employees is influenced by four indi cator systems such as the situation of economic development, the structure of population age, the sources channel of the old age insurance fund and the internal burden of the old age insurance, and we put forward the relevant policy recommendations accordingly.
