摘要
将IEC 60034-30中的IE2能效等级要求的测试方法作为一种新型测试方法,并与国内相关标准就电机效率和损耗测试的要求进行比较分析。总结出新型测试方法对电机优化设计及工艺改进的影响,为单速、三相笼型感应电动机产品能够满足强制性最低能效标准,达到IE2能效等级提供了参考。
The testing method required by IE2 energy efficiency grade in IEC 60034-30 was taken as a new type testing method. This paper compared and analyzed domestic requirements of related standard on motor efficiency and loss test, summarizing the impacts of the new type testing method on motor optimized design and manufacturing process improvement. The new type testing method provided references for single speed, three-phase induction motor product being able to meet the forced minimum energy effieiency standard and to reach IE2 energy efficiency grade.
