摘要
针对煤矸石制砖焙烧窑发热量高,高温带分布过长的具体情况,经过技术改造,通过余热锅炉将窑内多余的热量吸收,变成高温蒸汽,经由管道输送到矿区,用于职工取暖、烘干衣服、洗浴等,为窑炉温度控制、改善职工劳动环境、提高产量创造有利条件。同时减少了对大气的热能污染、减少CO2和SO2的排放量。
Heat productivity of Gangue brick roasting kiln heat is high, High temperature distribution is too long. Through techno- logical innovation, and waste heat boiler absorbing excess heat in kiln, then changing into high temperature steam and transmitting to the mining area via pipeline for workers beating, drying clothes, bathing, etc. and creating favorable conditions for the fur- nace temperature control, employment environment improvement and, production increase.
