摘要
以工程化思想为主线,分析了食品营养与卫生学教学现状,重点从教学内容、教学方法、教学手段等方面进行改革与探索,通过课程工程化教学改革,发挥教师的主导和学生的主体作用,充分调动学生的创新思维和团队合作精神,培养出有一定的专业理论知识、具有较强的实践能力和高素质的食品专业人才。
Cluing in system management thought,the educational situations of Food Nutrition and Hygiene was analyzed.Accordingly,some ideas on how to reform the teaching system in the light of such aspects as teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching means,etc,were presented through the teaching reform of te management system,exerting the guiding role of the teachers and the principal role of the students,stimulating the initiative creative thought and teamwork spirit of students,certain degree of professional knowledge,strong practical ability and the quality of the overall development of aIl aspects of food talents can be cultivated.
