摘要
以某传统客车为原型,对串联混合动力客车动力传动系统各部件进行了参数匹配设计,重点阐述了驱动电机参数的设计方法。在保证动力性的前提下,按照均一性的原则分析了发动机功率,电池功率和驱动电机功率的变化对车辆燃油经济性的影响,并对所采用的功率跟随控制策略的参数进行了分段寻优,仿真结果表明:优化后的串联混合动力客车的燃油经济性和动力性都得到了进一步的提高,在控制参数优化后的控制策略下,电池的SOC能迅速回到0.7附近,并保持稳定。
Take a conventional bus as prototype,parameters matching design for parts of the series hybrid electric bus was done,in which the design method for parameters of drive motor was focused on.Impact of the engine power,battery power and motor power on fuel economy was analyzed according to the homogeneity under the premise of guaranteeing dynamic property.And control strategy parameters for the power adopted were optimized piecewise.Simulation results show that,after the optimization,fuel economy and dynamic performance of the series hybrid electric bus are improved further and battery's SOC can quickly return to the vicinity of 0.7,and remain stable under the control strategy.
