摘要
变速器作为原动件和执行件之间的传动装置,广泛应用于工矿企业,建筑,机械等行业中。对于变速器的参数化设计以及结构、可靠性优化已经比较成熟,而对于变速器箱体的优化比较少。本文针对新型电液换挡定轴式变速器的结构,在传动路线确定的条件下,将齿轮啮合的情况用平面拓扑结构表示;以箱体端面面积最小为目标函数建立数学模型,并根据几何约束关系将原有的多个设计变量简化为2个设计变量;对模型进行求解,得到传动轴的最优布局方案。优化后的端面面积较初始面积有所减少,因此简化后的模型针对箱体端面最优化问题是可行的,且使得求解过程可视化。
As a transmission device between the original dynamic parts and executive component,transmission is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises,construction,machinery,and other industries.It is comparatively mature for the parametric design and structure,reliability optimization of the transmission,and it is less for the optimization of the gearbox.For the structure of the new electro-hydraulic shift fixed axis gearbox,when the transmission line is selected,first,express gear mesh by the plane topology structure;Then choose the end face area of the gearbox as the objective function,and establish the mathematical model,base on the relation of the geometric constraints,make the number of design variables reduced to two;Then solve the model,get the optimal layout program of the transmission shaft.Finally compared with initial area,optimized end face area is already reduced.Therefore,the simplified model for the gearbox transmission shaft layout optimization is feasible,and also makes the process of solution become visualization.
